Cardarro is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of collectible trading cards and related items. Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping items sold through the platform.

This policy outlines the shipping requirements for transactions completed on Cardarro.

1. Shipping Timeframe

Sellers must ship orders within 72 hours of purchase unless otherwise specified.

Sellers are responsible for marking the order as shipped and providing any required shipping information through the platform.

Failure to ship within the required timeframe may result in disputes or enforcement actions.

2. Tracking Requirements

For orders with a total value greater than $20, sellers must provide a valid tracking number through the platform.

Tracking information should be uploaded as soon as the item has been shipped.

Orders that require tracking but do not include valid tracking information may be considered unfulfilled during dispute resolution.

3. Insurance Requirements

For orders with a total value greater than $200, sellers must purchase shipping insurance sufficient to cover the value of the item.

Insurance helps protect both buyers and sellers in the event that a shipment is lost or damaged during transit.

4. Signature Confirmation

For orders with a total value greater than $250, sellers must use a shipping method that includes signature confirmation upon delivery.

Signature confirmation helps verify successful delivery and reduce disputes involving high-value items.

5. Packaging Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for securely packaging items to prevent damage during shipment.

Items damaged due to insufficient packaging may result in disputes or refunds.

6. Responsibility During Shipment

Sellers are responsible for the item until the shipment is confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer, subject to the Buyer Protection Policy.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a package is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, the seller must work directly with the shipping carrier to file any claims or insurance requests.

Cardarro does not assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged during shipment and does not reimburse sellers for shipping losses.

For higher-value shipments, sellers are required to purchase insurance in accordance with this policy.

8. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers should ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate.

Cardarro is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the buyer.

9. Platform Enforcement

Cardarro reserves the right to review shipping activity and enforce platform policies when sellers fail to meet the requirements described in this policy.

Enforcement actions may include listing removal, transaction cancellation, or account restrictions.
